I’ve always been drawn to work that combines creativity with purpose. I earned my Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications and UX/UI certificate from Eastern Washington University, where my interest in how things look quickly grew into a deeper interest in how design and communication can solve real problems, make information more accessible, and help people feel connected to the organizations around them.
Since then, I’ve worked across agency, nonprofit, small-business, and multi-location brand environments, eventually leading digital marketing for a four-location coffee company. Those experiences taught me that the best marketing isn’t just about making something look good—it’s about understanding people, communicating clearly, building community, and creating work that has a measurable impact.
A lot of what matters to me personally shapes how I approach that work. I’m Native American and come from the Navajo reservation, and I’m also part of the LGBTQ+ community. Those experiences have made representation, accessibility, and creating spaces where people feel welcome especially important to me. I’m also a longtime animal advocate and care deeply about organizations and causes centered on animal welfare.
Outside of work, I’m a mom and an active part of the Fort Collins school community. I spend a lot of my free time climbing, hiking, backpacking, exploring Colorado, and getting involved in the community my family now calls home. Whether I’m developing a campaign, designing a website, supporting a local organization, or creating something from scratch, I’m happiest when the work brings together creativity, people, and a sense of purpose.
